3DXLABS™ ESD-PCTG was developed to take the all-around robustness of PCTG and add vital static protection for electronics, this material offers a balanced option for daily-use parts. ESD-PCTG is more heat resistant than ESD-PLA, more dimensionally stable and less prone to moisture absorption than ESD-ABS, more chemically resistant than ESD-PETG, and more impact resistant than all three.
Easy to print and able to maintain performance in a wide variety of environments, ESD-PCTG is a fantastic solution for customers who need an approachable, consistent material for delicate applications.

We manufacture all of our filaments in our 68,000 ft² manufacturing facility (located in Grand Rapids, Michigan) using state-of-the-art equipment and processes. Our goal continues to be to make the most innovative filaments on the market – targeting difficult end-use applications.
