**3DXLABS R&D PRODUCT**
FR-TPU (90A) was developed for specialized applications which not only require standard elastomeric properties, but also flame resistance. This material is halogen-free and UL94 V-0 rated at 1.5 mm, ensuring effective flame resistance without compromising health or environmental safety. With a high tear strength and heat resistance of 105°C, this material is ideal for protective sheathing or flexible parts in industries such as automation and automotive, where longevity and safety are paramount.
As part of our 3DXLabs R&D program, this material is available exclusively to our experienced users who want early access to experimental formulations and the opportunity to shape future products through direct feedback.
