While taking the steps to achieve certification, 3DXTECH further strengthened and formalized how quality is managed day-to-day. A key area we focused on was improving our rapid response to issues, putting greater emphasis on structured root-cause analysis rather than individual corrective actions. We also refined existing processes to ensure quality considerations remain at the front end of workflows, allowing a proactive approach that helps identify potential risks earlier and resolve them more efficiently.
