ThermaX PEI 9085
PEI 9085 is manufactured using SABIC ULTEM™ 9085 resin, a high-performance, amorphous thermoplastic engineered for demanding industrial applications. It offers an exceptional balance of strength, heat resistance, and chemical durability, along with inherent flame-retardant properties. Compared to PEI 1010, ThermaX PEI 9085 provides enhanced toughness and ductility, making it ideal for applications requiring greater impact resistance and durability under load. Well suited for critical parts that demand consistent performance, thermal stability, and the trusted reliability of PEI-based materials.

We manufacture all of our filaments in our 68,000 ft² manufacturing facility (located in Grand Rapids, Michigan) using state-of-the-art equipment and processes. Our goal continues to be to make the most innovative filaments on the market – targeting difficult end-use applications.
