Return Policy

Filament Policy

30-day return policy: Customers may return unopened & unused product within 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. All Special Orders, Discontinued, Sale, and Clearance Items sales are final and are not covered by the 30-day return policy.

Restocking fee: Returned non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.    

Defective product:  A product can only be deemed defective upon evaluation by 3DXTech support.  Because our material formulations are unique, it is very likely that our products will NOT print similarly to a product offered by another company.  Therefore, a defective product subject to our return policy is based ONLY upon specific issues related to the filament itself or workmanship (i.e., improper diameter, color shifts, poor winding, or mislabeling) and for no other reasons.

RMA process:  You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning an item by contacting support via e-mail ([email protected]) or clicking the Technical Support Button in the top right of the screen. When returning an item for an exchange, the returned item must be received by 3DXTech before a replacement item is shipped or a refund/credit is issued. 

Return shipping costs:  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Orders that are cancelled by the customer after they have shipped may be returned for a refund, less the shipping charges related to the cancelled order.  

International shipping:  Shipping fees do not include duty or taxes that may be charged by your country.  Please note that if the customer chooses not to pay duties or taxes or has entered an incorrect address and the shipment is returned to 3DXTech, any refund offered will be reduced by all shipping costs and fees incurred by 3DXTech.

 

HT2 Printer Policy

The Purchaser/Customer may request the return of the HT2 Printer/Product within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has been unused & unopened.  After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. All returns will be at the discretion of 3DXTECH.

If a return is accepted, the customer shall be refunded the price of the machine less any restocking fee (if applicable).  The cost of installation, service visits, consumables, materials and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Restocking fee: 

Returned non-defective products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Defective HT2 Printer/Product: 

The return of the HT2 Printer/Product can only be deemed defective upon evaluation by 3DXTech service department.  Therefore, a defective HT2 Printer/Product subject to our return policy is based ONLY upon specific issues related to the workmanship and for no other reasons.

RMA Process:

You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning the HT2 Printer/Product. The service department will issue one for you when an agreement has been met by 3DXTech and the Purchaser/Customer. On the HT2 Printer/Products return, an evaluation by 3DXTech service department must be completed prior to any  refund/credit is issued. 

Return shipping costs:  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser/Customer.  3DXTech will use the carrier of their preference for the return of said HT2 Printer/Product. Date and time range will be supplied on the completion of crating the printer. The cost for shipping will be deducted from the refund/credit agreed upon.
