PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the 3DXTECH Rewards program which is operated by 3DXTECH, or its affiliated companies (collectively, “3DXTECH”) on the website www.3DXTECH.com. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with 3DXTECH for products, services or otherwise. 3DXTECH reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate 3DXTECH Rewards and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to 3DXTECH Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to our website and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in 3DXTECH Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to 3DXTECH Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in 3DXTECH Rewards.
This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use 3DXTECH Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
3DXTECH Rewards is one way in which 3DXTECH endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for purchasing and referring 3DXTECH products. Members of 3DXTECH Rewards are able to earn and accumulate “Points” that can be redeemed for program benefits, also known as “Rewards,” on our website.
By creating a 3DXTECH account at 3DXTECH you are automatically enrolled into 3DXTECH Rewards. All existing customers of 3DXTECH as of January 1, 2016 will also automatically be enrolled into 3DXTECH Rewards.
The benefits that are available to you through 3DXTECH Rewards are based on the number of “Points” that you earn. You can earn Points in multiple ways, including making purchases on our online store, referrals to friends who make purchases, and other ways as determined by 3DXTECH. There may be other limited time promotions where 3DXTECH offers a “Bonus Credit” on featured products.
All Reward Points are valid for one (1) year from the date they were accrued.
